Executive Headteacher – West Midlands
Smile Education is seeking visionary educational leaders for Headteacher and Executive Headteacher appointments across the West Midlands.
We are looking for individuals who can inspire staff, pupils, governors, and wider communities while delivering sustainable school improvement and outstanding educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction.

Create and embed a clear vision for excellence.

Lead school improvement planning and implementation.

Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.

Build strong relationships with governors, trusts, families, and external partners.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Significant senior leadership experience.

Proven success in leading school improvement.

Strong financial and operational understanding.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
