What you’ll do:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Having confident commercial conversations
• Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Matching candidates to suitable roles
• Managing multiple priorities professionally
• Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively

 
You’ll begin office‑based to learn from experienced consultants and accelerate your development.
Location: Birmingham City centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm, reduced hours in school holidays
 
In your first 6 months as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will…
