What You’ll Get as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£25,250 basic salary + uncapped commission
1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers £100k+)

What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment)
You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle, including:

Building relationships with candidates and clients
Conducting confident, professional sales conversations
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Sourcing and matching candidates to roles
Managing multiple priorities effectively
Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for an End of August / Start September start

Your First 6 Months

Structured training from day one
High‑activity role: calls, interviews, follow‑ups
Regular coaching and clear performance targets
