The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a successful 360 recruitment desk
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
- Managing temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies
- Driving business development through sales calls, client meetings and account growth
- Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
- Working closely with compliance and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
- Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers or Delivery Consultants from any sector
- Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
- Ambitious individuals looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales environment
- Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
- Commercially focused, proactive and target-driven professionals
- Full UK driving licence preferred
