The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment) As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates
- Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Generate new business through proactive sales activity, client meetings and account development
- Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
- Work closely with compliance and operational teams to deliver outstanding service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Experienced Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers or Delivery Consultants (any sector)
- Recruiters looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales role
- Commercially minded, ambitious and target-driven individuals
- Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
