The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates
- Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Generate new business through sales calls, meetings and account development
- Work towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
- Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant (any sector)
- Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
- Ambitious individuals looking to develop their career in 360 recruitment
- Commercially minded, target-driven and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and business development skills
