This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to accelerate their career.
The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Temp Desk) In this senior‑level recruitment position, you will:
- Run and grow a 360 temp recruitment desk with full business development responsibility
- Build strong relationships with schools, academies and MAT leaders
- Source, headhunt and interview candidates daily
- Fill high‑volume, short‑notice temporary bookings with pace, accuracy and resilience
- Drive recruitment sales through cold calling, client visits and account development
- Work towards weekly KPIs and revenue targets
- Partner with compliance to ensure fast and high‑quality candidate clearance
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
