We're looking for a
creative, innovative, ideas-led Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a sharp eye for ROI, a love of experimentation, and a track record of delivering multi-channel digital campaigns that cut through the noise.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?As the
Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative marketing strategies that deliver a positive ROI for the business
Working closely with the
Board of Directors, you will be in control of planning and owning the
end-to-end marketing strategy, content and social media across the business including social media, blogs, email and print where needed, focussing on building brand awareness; your main responsibilities will include boosting brand awareness the attraction of new candidates and clients for the agency and internal staff, monitoring and reporting on ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN & DELIVERSocial & digital presence- Develop and lead high-impact social media campaigns that drive meaningful traffic and results—tracked and refined using Google Analytics.
- Be the voice and face of our brand online: manage all platforms creating standout content (blogs, videos, photos, graphics, podcasts, whitepapers etc)
- Embracing AI and AI platforms to support with tasks
Campaign delivery, creation and execution- Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy to execution to results—for multiple, simultaneous marketing initiatives.
- Plan and launch attention-grabbing, digital campaigns that drive action.
- Keep our website fresh, functional, and SEO-optimised as a key engagement tool.
- Track performance across all channels and report on key KPIs, highlighting actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRINGKnowledge- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Fluency with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, email platforms, and CMS systems.
- A keen interest in emerging trends, especially the day-to-day use of AI in digital marketing.
- Commercial awareness—linking strategy to business growth.
