Smile Education is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Special Educational Needs (SEN) division. You'll build and develop your own 360 recruitment desk, partnering with SEN schools, alternative provisions and specialist settings to provide high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff.

The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while growing your own SEN education desk.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing relationships with SEN schools and education leaders
• Winning new business through sales activity, networking and referrals
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing SEN education professionals
• Advertising vacancies and building candidate pipelines
• Managing temporary and permanent placements
• Conducting client meetings and school visits
• Negotiating rates and terms
• Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and progression goals

About You
We're looking for ambitious, motivated and relationship-focused individuals.

You will have:

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Recruitment, sales, business development or transferable commercial experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven mindset and desire to succeed
• Resilience, self-motivation and determination
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
