What You’ll Be Doing – 360 Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
In this Recruitment Consultant role, you will:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Build relationships with schools, MATs and education leaders
• Source top candidates using job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
• Conduct phone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
• Win new business through proactive sales activity
• Fill temporary vacancies at speed
• Work towards weekly recruitment KPIs with team support

 
This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales‑focused recruitment role with huge earning potential.
Location: Manchester City centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm, reduced hours in school holidays
