360 Recruitment Consultant. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a clear path to senior and management roles.
- Starting BASIC Salary: £25,250 – £35,000
- Realistic Year 1 OTE: £30–45k (Top performers earn £100k+)
- Location: Modern city-centre office + hybrid flexibility
- Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Shorter hours during school holidays!)

YOUR ROLE: A TRUE 360 SALES CAREERAs an
Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—building relationships with schools, sourcing top teaching talent, and driving business growth.
This is a
sales-focused role that requires resilience, confidence, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be cold calling, developing new business, interviewing candidates, and filling vacancies with speed and precision.
Hybrid working is available, with a mix of office and remote days.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Hitting weekly KPIs and targets with full team support
- Building strong relationships with schools through business development
- Sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards, social media, events and headhunting
- Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face)
- Collaborating with our compliance team to ensure candidate readiness
- Reacting quickly to fill client vacancies and exceed expectations
ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?You could be:
- An experienced recruiter (especially in temp placements)
- A high-performing sales professional from a fast-paced, target-driven environment
