The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new and existing client accounts
- Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Managing temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
- Negotiating fees and placement terms
- Building long-term candidate and client relationships
- Achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process
About You
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous recruitment experience in any sector
- Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to progress
