What You’ll Be Doing (360 Recruitment Consultant)
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Build relationships with schools, academies and MATs
- Source candidates through job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
- Conduct telephone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
- Win new business through proactive outbound sales
- Fill short‑notice and temporary roles quickly
- Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
