The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Cold call schools and education professionals to generate opportunities
• Win new business and grow client relationships
• Source, interview and place teachers and support staff
• Manage temporary and permanent vacancies
• Conduct client visits and business development meetings
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships
• Work towards KPIs, activity targets and revenue goals
• Overcome objections and thrive in a competitive environment

• Full UK driving licence is essentail
