What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment Consultant)
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Build relationships with schools, academies and MATs
- Source candidates via job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
- Conduct phone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
- Win new business through proactive sales activity
- Fill temporary roles quickly and accurately
- Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours in school holidays)
