The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage both candidate and client relationships while growing your own desk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Winning business through sales activity and account development
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
- Negotiating fees and placement terms
- Building long-term client and candidate partnerships
- Achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment service throughout the hiring process
About You
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Recruitment experience in any sector
- Current or previous experience as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated by success
