The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a 360 recruitment desk
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Winning new business through sales calls, client meetings and account development
- Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
- Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
- Collaborating with compliance and operational teams to deliver an exceptional service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
- Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Consultants
- Previous recruitment experience (any sector)
- Ambitious individuals ready to step into or develop within a 360 recruitment role
- Confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, driven and target-focused professionals
- Full UK driving licence required
