The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You'll receive full training to manage a 360 recruitment desk, including:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Developing new business opportunities through sales activity
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Matching candidates to suitable roles and opportunities
Conducting business development calls and client meetings
Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
Managing feedback, challenges and objections professionally

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
