Smile Education is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Birmingham team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required. We'll provide full training, ongoing coaching and a clear pathway to Senior Consultant, Management and Leadership roles.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk, combining sales, relationship building and business development.

You'll be responsible for:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with clients and education professionals
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Developing new business through sales activity and networking
Attending client meetings and school visits
Negotiating offers and managing placements
Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals

About You
We're looking for graduates who are:

Degree educated in any discipline
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
Confident communicators with strong people skills
Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Eager to learn and build a successful career

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, sport, customer service, fundraising, events or leadership roles is beneficial but not essential.
