The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You'll receive full training to run a 360 recruitment desk, including:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Building client relationships and developing new business
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Conducting sales calls and business development activity
Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
Handling feedback, challenges and objections professionally

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for End of August / Start September starts
