The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to run a 360 recruitment desk, working with both candidates and clients. 
You’ll learn how to: 

• Source and speak to candidates daily 

• Develop business through multiple sales tactics

• Understand client needs and role requirements 

• Match people to opportunities that suit them 

• Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Handle feedback, pressure and rejection positively

 
Location: Manchester City centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm, reduced hours in school holidays
 
In your first 6 months as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will have…
