Location: Middlesbrough, UK

Smile Education is currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Cover Teacher to support a range of friendly and welcoming primary schools across Middlesbrough.
This role is ideal for a flexible and committed teacher who enjoys working in different school settings and can quickly adapt to new classrooms.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 2
  • Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour standards
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Provide cover for teacher absence, PPA time, and training days
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
