Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive learning environment
  • Ensure students stay on task and follow school expectations
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and engagement
  • To work under the guidance of the class teacher to support teaching and learning of pupils within your care
  • To use behaviour management strategies effectively and in line with the school’s policy and procedures, which contribute to a purposeful learning environment
  • To promote the inclusion of all pupils ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
What We’re Looking For:
  • A recent graduate or final-year university student
  • A strong interest in education and working with young people
  • Confidence, adaptability, and good communication skills
  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
