Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Ensure students stay on task and follow school expectations
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and engagement
- To work under the guidance of the class teacher to support teaching and learning of pupils within your care
- To use behaviour management strategies effectively and in line with the school’s policy and procedures, which contribute to a purposeful learning environment
- To promote the inclusion of all pupils ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
- A recent graduate or final-year university student
- A strong interest in education and working with young people
- Confidence, adaptability, and good communication skills
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
