Behaviour Mentor – Full-Time – Wolverhampton (WV4)
Start: ASAP | Role: Long-Term | Hours: Full-Time

Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive school in Wolverhampton to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1 pupils. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

The Role:
  • Support KS1 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
  • Monitor progress and promote personal growth
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
  • Strong communication and empathy
  • Able to build positive relationships quickly
  • Confident in behaviour management strategies
  • Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)
