    • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences that promote numeracy, language, and social skills based on individual needs and interests.
    • Ensure high standards of safety, security, and hygiene are maintained in the classroom at all times. Actively follow safeguarding policies to protect children.
    • Act as a "key person" for a group of children, overseeing their settling-in process, monitoring their progress, maintaining learning journals, and setting individual developmental targets.
    • Observe children to track their development, identify next steps in learning, and report on progress to parents and managers.
    • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's wellbeing and daily experiences.
    • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and changing nappies, while promoting independence.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating, welcoming, and tidy environment.
