Smile Education are proud to be working on behalf of Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, seeking an experienced and adaptable KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills to make a lasting impact across schools within the Trust.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 pupils, ensuring progress and achievement for all.
- Establish and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners, including those with additional support needs.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and leaders across Endeavour MAT schools.
- Promote a positive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to succeed.
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies consistently.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Proven ability to engage, inspire, and support learners of all abilities.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt across different year groups and schools.
- A positive and professional attitude towards teamwork and school life.
