Sports Coach

Sports Coach: 
We are working with Tudor Grange Trust who are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join their team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to students in various sports disciplines. Your role will involve educating students on the fundamentals of the sport, developing their skills, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions to athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Teach athletes the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
- Develop training programs tailored to individual and team needs
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes to help them improve
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, drills, and competitions
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among athletes
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sports Coach or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with children
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels
- Strong organizational skills to plan training sessions effectively
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field (preferred)
