Smile Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of supportive and well-established Trust in Smethwick and West Bromwich.
The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
- Support students across KS3 and KS4
- Create a positive and focused learning environment
- Gain experience across a variety of subjects and schools
About the Trust We work with a Trust with secondary schools across Smethwick and West Bromwich, offering welcoming environments, supportive leadership teams, and strong behaviour policies. These schools value reliable, adaptable individuals who can quickly build rapport with students.
