Smile Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of supportive and well-established Trust in Smethwick and West Bromwich.

The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
  • Support students across KS3 and KS4
  • Create a positive and focused learning environment
  • Gain experience across a variety of subjects and schools
This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence in the classroom and develop skills that can lead into a teaching career.
