The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre-planned lessons while ensuring students remain engaged and focused. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting schools with their day-to-day cover needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• Supervise classes and maintain a calm, productive learning environment.
• Manage behaviour confidently and uphold school expectations.
• Keep students engaged and on task throughout lessons.
• Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom settings.
