Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Redditch to recruit a Cover Supervisor / Cover Teacher to join their team in Jan 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with young people, and wants to make a real difference in the classroom.

About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver pre-prepared lessons
  • Support students 1:1 or in small groups to aid learning and progress
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
This role is ideal for graduates or individuals considering a future career in teaching.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with young people (preferably in a school setting)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A flexible, proactive, and supportive attitude
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
  • A degree or relevant qualification (advantageous but not essential)
