Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with Bordesley MAT in Redditch, recruiting enthusiastic individuals for Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant roles across their First, Middle, and High Schools.

These roles are ideal for:

Graduates looking for school-based experience before teacher training
Experienced TAs or Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work
Individuals returning to education support roles

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absence
Supporting pupils with learning activities in and out of the classroom
Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
