Smile Education is working in collaboration with Bordesley MAT in Redditch to recruit Qualified Teachers (QTS) across a range of teaching roles, from Primary Education to Subject-Specific Secondary Posts.
Whether you're an ECT, an experienced educator, or returning to teaching, we have flexible contract-based opportunities available across the First, Middle, and High Schools within the Trust.
We’re particularly interested in:
- Primary trained teachers (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
- Secondary subject specialists (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.)
