Moat Farm Junior School is an OFSTED rated ‘good’ school in Sandwell who aim to prepare their students for tomorrow by ensuring that they achieve today. The school goes above and beyond to provide children with opportunities to learn across the curriculum which includes trips and visitors into the school.

How would you describe the staff you have received from Smile Education?

The staff that come from Smile are always very professional and proactive, they have excellent subject knowledge and get on really well with the pupil and other staff.

What impact has Smile Education had on your school and its staff and students?

The impact of the covid pandemic on school staffing has been huge, using Smile has enabled us to continue to remain open throughout and keep good quality teaching staff in our classrooms.

What makes Smile Education stand out from other agencies, why us?

Reliability! The staff that come from Smile are reliable and they try to send us staff who have been before this makes the daily induction and my life so much easier!

What is the best advice they would give to other schools to use an agency?

Using an agency reduces your own workload as they will vet candidates for you and ensure good quality staff are coming to work at your school. Recruitment in the current climate is incredibly challenging take all the help you can!
