How does guaranteed work in schools local to you sound? Pretty good, right?!
By becoming a Smile VIP, you agree to work with us on an exclusive basis and we make a promise to find you at least 3 days of work per week. If we're unable to fulfill that promise, you will still get paid. That's how sure we are that we can find you work.
In addition to this, you'll also recieve some special goodies from us along with invites to events and free and discounted training opportunities.

We like to roll out the red carpet for all of our VIPs. As a thank you for your commitment to Smile Education, we'll send you a little thank you.
Each goodie box contains the essentials needed to get you through a busy day at school like a coffee mug and pen. We can't have our VIPs drinking out of any old mug now, can we?!
What does it take to be a Smile VIP?
We expect our Smile VIPs to commit to the following:
Work for only Smile Education and no other agency between the above dates.
Be available to work a full 34 weeks (term time), any weeks taken off will result in a deduction of an additional week’s guaranteed pay (so in total 2 weeks guaranteed pay is lost per one week taken off).
Travel to any Primary School within 7 miles of their home address.
Be available to take morning bookings as well as pre-booked work.
Give 2 weeks’ notice if wishing to terminate this contract.
Not discuss this agreement with any other agency or candidate.
Our commitment to you
Guaranteed pay for 3 days per week in term time between Monday 5th October 2020-Friday 3rd July 20. This will not be paid for school holidays.
