Hannah is always available and has arranged cover at very short notice when needed. She has supplied us with some highly skilled staff that suited our needs and we have taken a number of them on as permanent staff.

Often our requests for supply cover are with very little notice and for a variety of roles. No request is ever a problem and we are sent strong, reliable temps within a realistic time frame. Emma always attempts to gain feedback regarding the supply staff she sends us to check that we were happy with the service and to continuously gauge the calibre of staff on her books. I have no reservation in recommending Smile Education to anyone as my preferred supplier.

I have worked closely with Emma from Smile for a number of years and always contact her as the first port of call for any supply needs. Emma is excellent at a rapid response - crucial if it is a short notice arrangement. More importantly, Emma provides great quality staff. As a testament to the quality of staff sourced by Emma, we have appointed 4 teachers and 3 teaching assistants on permanent contracts in the last 2 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Smile to other headteacher colleagues.

Mary, our consultant, has taken the time to get to know the school.
