"Since graduating from university under 14 years ago I went straight into Education Recruitment! It’s always offered so much variety, flexibility, recognition, and rewards.

Just under 12 months ago I opted to take a career break and was fortunate enough to travel with my husband. We visited Australia and Southeast Asia (one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!).

Upon returning, I still intended to keep my career on track as it’s always been something I am so incredibly passionate about. Therefore, I was very fortunate to be offered a fantastic position here at Smile!

I combine my experience and knowledge to find new and innovative ways to increase candidate attraction, engagement and increase the Smile brand across the Northwest.
