Secondary School Teacher (any subject area):
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join an amazing Trust in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any secondary subject (open to all e.g maths, science, English etc) and will have to be used to working with KS3, KS4 & KS5. They will need to have proficiency in behaviour management and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs
- Provide individualized support to students requiring extra assistance
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
- Utilize effective behaviour management strategies to promote a conducive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Skills:
- Proficiency in secondary curriculum
- Effective behaviour management techniques to address student needs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Previous experience as a qualified teacher, QTS
