Cover Supervisors are unqualified teachers or graduates who are used to cover absences both short and long term of their full-time staff. These roles involve managing behaviour, ensuring work is completed and supporting other staff. These are excellent opportunities to gain experience in schools crucial for pursuing a career in teaching. Many of our cover supervisors have gone on to train as teachers, we will support you every step of the way through providing references and honest feedback throughout your Smile journey.
