Smile Education are working on behalf of a North Birmingham Primary School to assist them in their recruitment drive for regular and reliable supply teachers. These staff absences are are due to sickness, CPD, Covid isolation and performance management. The vast majority of staff absence are usually known in advance. However, a flexible attitude towards teaching and delivering planned lessons is a must. 

This 2-form entry Primary School is situated in Sutton Coldfield and currently holds opportunities for Early Career teachers to gain experience in all year groups  Candidates post NQT and Teach First graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils achieve the very best through an all-inclusive curriculum
