SEN (complex, severe and moderate learning difficulties) Headteacher required for a January 2019 start in a permanent role.
We are working closely with an oversubscribed, successful Warwickshire based SEN school who have a forward thinking and caring ethos and solid expansion plans for their MAT over the coming years which will have a positive impact on both the school and their pupils.
In this exciting role you will report into the Executive Headteacher and enjoy a wide range of responsibilities, the most important being to inspire the pupils to achieve the very best they can and ensure the school makes that vital difference to the lives of young people and their families.
You will also be responsible for:
- Teaching and learning across Secondary school
- Staff performance management
- Strategically leading budgetary control and finance management
- Coordinating the development and implementation of whole school policies
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous work as a Deputy or Head in an SEN setting
- To be innovative, forward thinking and open to change
- To be committed to growth, for you, your pupils, your school and the MAT.
