Recruitment is hard work but, that doesn’t mean you can't have a good time doing it. We are a driven and high-spirited supply teaching agency that try our hardest to make school staff across the Midlands smile.
Across our team, there is a diverse mix of personalities and backgrounds, with one thing in common,we love what we do and we have a lot of fun doing it.

For us, it’s about more than just recruitment. We see ourselves as an extension of, not only the schools that we work with, but the communities that we work within. Whether that involves supporting at university careers fair, school sports day or local fundraiser, you can count on us to be there.
Additionally, we have some amazing partnerships in place with both the Albion Foundation the Aston Villa Foundation which allow us to bring football and moreover sports to children, including those with special needs, across the Midlands.
Over the year’s, we have supported many different charities by baking, running, walking and getting Pretty Muddy! Our current Charity of the Year is Help Harry Help Others, who are an amazing local cancer charity that support those living with the disease and their families.
